Grill masters only. For real.

Authorized-only grill access for shared barbecues.

BBQ for the right guests, at the right times

Shared grills are great when they're managed. Aminiti lets you decide who can light one up, for how long, and at what cost.

Restrict access to tenants, members, or registered guests — and optionally charge for use.

Require a signed waiver on safe use before activation.

Impose time limits and operating hours so grills don't run unattended.

Gas or electric, fully governed

For gas BBQ appliances, Aminiti can control a professionally-installed shutoff valve so only authorized guests can light the grill. The barbecue goes from "anyone can fire it up" to "managed amenity" with minimal installation hassle.

Features

How Aminiti helps

Flexible Pay-per-use

Collect fees per session or by duration with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or most credit cards. Enable free access for staff or registered users.

Forms & Waivers

Require users to provide a signed acknowledgement, safety waiver, or custom form before a session can start. Protects you legally and communicates expectations to every user.

Time Limits

Cap session duration so equipment doesn't get left on, reducing waste and unauthorized use.

Authorized Use Only

Restrict access to approved users, staff, and community members. Aminiti devices hide away, with no outside keypads or controls to wear out or be vandalized.

Passcode Access

For streamlined access, issue passcodes that provide instant, secured access for casual users without requiring account creation, and no app download (iOS only).

Scheduled Operation

Make equipment available during approved hours only. Reduce noise complaints, misuse, and liability.

Hardware

Installation options

Aminiti is flexible — here are just a few ways to integrate our hardware

S16
S16WIRE-INEffort: PRO

Use an Aminiti S16 wire-in module to drive a natural gas or propane valve. Install in a code-compliant enclosure near the grill; a licensed gas contractor must handle the gas-side work.

R1
R1DC RELAYEffort: PRO

For low-voltage gas-valve control (12/24V), use an Aminiti R1 DC relay in place of the S16. Drives standard normally-closed shutoff devices.

Any installation or modification of gas valves or equipment must be performed by a licensed gas contractor using equipment certified for your jurisdiction. Contact us and we'll help connect you to a local professional who can help.

Implementation

  1. 1

Install the Aminiti device to control a certified gas shut-off valve, or a contactor relay for electric grills. Gas and high-power work must be performed by a licensed contractor.

    Step 1
  2. 2

Use the Aminiti web app to create QR signage so guests can activate the grill with a scan. The Aminiti app also works without a QR code.

    Step 2

Configure your station using the Aminiti app on the web or on your mobile device.
