Q16PLUG-INEffort: EASY

Add an Aminiti Q16 inline relay. For tamper-resistance, use a safety-certified, lockable in-use cover to fully enclose the Q16. The outlet remains accessible but protected, requiring no rewiring.

Flexible Pay-per-use

Set a per-load (Flat) or per-hour (Duration) price for your machines. Residents pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or credit card. Flip Free Access for Certain Users on for staff or management use.

Authorized Use Only

Limit washer/dryer activation to tenants you've added by email. New residents get an Aminiti invite, and you can update the group anytime as your roster changes.

Forms & Waivers

Require residents to acknowledge laundry-room rules — quiet hours, lint trap, no dye runs — before activating a machine. Aminiti time-stamps the acceptance so you have a record if something goes wrong.
